The "All You Need Is Love" socks are designed by American artists couple Grant Rosen and Micha Kuechenhoff (aka Art N Wordz). The eponymous song, written by John Lennon, starts with the intro to the French national anthem, "La Marseillaise". Did you know that the song All You Need Is Love was for the first time performed live by The Beatles during the Our World Show together with famous artists like Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Keith Moon, Marianne Faithful, Graham Nash and more as accompanying singers? In 1967 the show was globally televised to over 400 million people in 25 countries.
In the line of Art N Wordz socks this design stands out as it is not backed up by dictionary pages but by the music sheets from The Beatles song 'When I saw her standing there' and I guess this song was also chosen for a reason!
